I took an interest in health and family interests at an early age. As a result, my passion along with my educational experience inspired me to create a digital space that provides a blend of curated content, personal stories, news, discussions, editorials, expert advice and resources to inspire and empower women and families around the globe. I am a wife, mother, grandmother, media creator, podcast host, and most importantly a believer of Christ. My hope is for others to see God through me, to know that inspired, healthy living is possible.
