
It’s cold and flu season. We all know it. We are all a little extra sensitive when someone coughs or sneezes near (or on) us in line at the grocery store our during Holiday shopping. Even when we are just outdoors enjoying the winter weather, we definitely do not want to get sick. And while we cannot prevent the actions of others, there are measures that we can take to give ourselves a measure of protection against the germs associated with the flu.
Sure proper hand washing, clothing, rest, and diet all play a critical role, but there is another action you can take to beat the flu this winter: adding yoga into your winter exercise routine.
