We never go on a trip without travel insurance. It’s impossible to know the future, and anything could happen.
I have never considered accident insurance when traveling. I am sure it could come in handy though, especially if there’s an injury while you are in an unfamiliar city!
Insurance that protects you during travel is so important. My doctor had to go to the doctor while on vacation and it was really great that we had insurance.

I think insurance is a good idea. I like to travel but we haven’t yet this summer.
I’ve never thought about vacation/accident insurance. It would be a good thing to have, especially if you’re doing an activity or camping based vacation. Accidents are sure to happen there!
