Summer Seafood Recipes: Lobster Tomato Alfredo Pasta and Simple Sweet Crab Dip
What summertime means to me is stepping away from the oven and creating meals that are of a lighter fare. I don’t know about you, but standing over a hot stove top and oven for hours on end to make a meal for my family is far from my cup of tea!
So to steer clear of the baking and frying, I turn to Crab Classic and Lobster Classic. The foods are fully-cooked and ready to eat right out of the package, which makes meal prep a breeze! Plus, they are a great source of protein, too!

Ingredients:
- 1 box round crackers of choice
- 1 pack Crab Classic imitation crab meat
- 1 bottle sweet red pepper sauce
- 2 8oz. packs organic cream cheese
.
Instructions:
Cut crab meat into small chunks. In a bowl, add crab meat and cream cheese. Using a flattened spoon, add small portions of sauce and mix until thoroughly blended. (*Note: you can add the amount of sauce to you’re the consistency of dip you desire – just ensure that it’s still spreadable and thick enough not to be ‘runny’).
Dip can be served immediately, or covered and placed in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
