I had a fabulous time at the BlogHer14 conference in San Jose California this past weekend! Just like last year’s conference, everything was top notch, and it was great to spend time with many of my Blogging friends from all over the country that I communicate with daily on social media! There were lots of fun activities to go along with the business and learning sessions, and one of my favorites was the #selfiebration.

#Selfiebration was BlogHer’s way of embracing and celebrating the beauty and fun of the popular self-photo. There was a contest attendees could enter for prizes, too! I submitted a few to the contest, but I wanted to share a couple of my favorite ‘selfies’ from the weekend here with you! 🙂

I took (and posted) more selfies during the 3 days of BlogHer than I’ve taken all year! At first I felt weird, like I was being vain and self-centered, but I realized that I’m hardly in any photos, so it’s about time people see what I look like! I always feel like I’m too ugly for photos but looking back at my selfies, I see a happy, confident woman celebrating with her friends 🙂
I am soooo happy we got together!! Seeing you again on Sunday morning was an unexpected blessing. Love you girl! xoxo
