Hey St. Louis friends and family! Head downtown to Busch Stadium on Saturday, May 10, 2014 for Heart Walk, the American Heart Association’s campaign to get folks moving for better health! The Heart Walk is fun, non-competitive walk event. Designed for all ages, its purpose is to celebrate healthy lifestyle practices while raising funds needed to develop and provide the tools, research and education that can help save lives.

Time:      Gates Open: 7:30 a.m.

……………Opening Ceremony: 8:30 a.m.

……………Walk Begins: 9:00 a.m.

Where:  Busch Stadium in Downtown St. Louis

 

Get teams of neighbors, friends, or co-workers together in a walking team! Make it a fun family day out built around exercise and being healthy. You can even make it personal by walking in honor or memory of a friend or family member who has or had heart disease or stroke.

The walk route is handicap and stroller accessible. Due to the size of the event, only service pets are allowed. All participants can choose between a one mile and a three mile option.
