It’s hard to believe that The Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018 are fast approaching! Make It Festive

I love choosing a theme for my viewing party! It is such an adventure to think of new and exciting ways to incorporate the spirit into my decorations, party favors, and even my party foods!

 

To make themes come to life, I apply bright bold colors into every detail of the party – from colored ice cubes for drinks, to plates and cutlery. When planning the menu, I always choose healthy fruits and veggies that are bright bold colors. For my pastries and other desserts, I use coordinating food coloring to give my special treats just the right touch!

Make It Fun

Since my family and I have always watched together through the years, I have a blast creating unique trivia games of fun facts from previous years! I am always sure to incorporate trivia items from the current year as well! Everyone loves it, and it makes watching as a family more memorable!

 

Another fun addition to my viewing party includes party favors such as clappers, streamers, noisemakers, hats, and more! I even purchase miniature dry erase boards and markers so my family and friends can jot down their own scores for each athlete or team in an event!
