Heart Healthy Olive Oil Infused Recipes with Food Network’s Ellie Krieger
Studies have shown that a diet which features olive oil as a main source of fat has many health benefits, and may even help the body better absorb nutrients from vegetables and other foods. Nevertheless, while heart healthy olive oil is growing in popularity, there’s still lots of confusion among consumers.
There are three different types of olive oil available to U.S. consumers – extra virgin, olive oil and light-tasting olive oil – but often people have a hard time knowing when to use each type. Not to worry! Ellie Krieger is going to sort everything out for you!
