It is hard to believe that summer is only a few months away! While the kids are busy counting down the days until school ends, I am busy with planning our family summer adventures. One of the places that I would really love for our family to go is Gulf County in Florida.
The area is gorgeous, and there are so many fun and exciting things to do there! At Gulf County, Hubby and I can take the kids out to a different beach every day and try out a new adventure. Whether it’s scalloping in the Bay, shelling at the tip of the Cape, or fishing by Indian Pass. We can try snorkeling, paddleboarding, or even have a family campout right on the shore to watch the sunset.

There are plenty of other activities that I know the kids would love, too. I could rent a charter boat and take them out on the water for some “snuba” diving! Since Snuba allows you to dive with air but without the tank and there is no special certification is needed, it is a fun activity that all of them can enjoy.

There are lots of rental homes on every beach in Gulf County that have just as much living and gathering space outside as they do inside—so much so that we can even plan indoor adventures, too!
With so much to do and such a spectacular landscape, Gulf County is definitely on my radar for a family summer visit. Our family loves the outdoors, and from everything I have seen and read about it so far from the Gulf County Adventure Guide, it seems like it would be the perfect family vacation.
